Our Wash & Fold Service

At Potomac Laundry, we understand how busy life can get and how valuable your time is. That’s why we offer full service wash and fold services designed to take the stress out of your day and give you back precious time for what matters most.

We offer 3 options for the wash and fold handoff:

Drop off and pick up in store with our staff

For larger loads or in person communication instead of online booking , this is the best option.

Drop off and retrieve from our laundry lockers

For added convenience, you can book in the app and drop your laundry in our laundry lockers. We will collect and bring to our laundry then return to the locker and text you when ready.

Schedule a pickup from your home

Book an appointment in the app for us to pick up your laundry and deliver it back to you.

In any case, you can expect your laundry to be meticulously washed, dried, and folded according to your preferences. We will notify you that your clothes available within 48 hours.

  • We use brand-new Clarus Vibe Electrolux Professional Washers & Dryers, which are known for their efficiency, reliability, and superior cleaning performance.

  • Absolutely! We provide free Wi-Fi for all our customers so you can stay connected and entertained while waiting for your laundry to finish.

  • Yes, we have vending machines stocked with snacks and drinks to keep you refreshed while you do your laundry.

    We also have a vending machine for any laundry supplies you may need (detergent, dryer sheets, fabric softener, bleach, and laundry bags)

  • Our doors are always open to customer oriented and hardworking team members.

  • It happens. Please call us or stop by as soon as you realize any items were forgotten. We do our best to figure out which of our customers may have left items behind.so registering your card will help us in this effort. In any case, we will bag and save your your laundry for at least a week.

    Standard Wash & Fold Pricing

    • In-Store & Locker (In-Store): $1.50 per pound

    • Locker (Other Locations) & Home Pickup/Delivery: $2.00 per pound

    • Express Service (24-hour turnaround): Additional $0.50 per pound

    Bulky Item Pricing

    • Comforters: $22.00 (In-Store & Locker) | $25.00 (Other Lockers & Home Pickup) | Add $3 for Express

    • Blankets: $20.00 (In-Store & Locker) | $22.00 (Other Lockers & Home Pickup) | Add $3 for Express

    • Pillows: $5.00 (In-Store & Locker) | $6.00 (Other Lockers & Home Pickup) | Add $1 for Express

    • Bath Mats & Small Rugs: $10.00 (In-Store & Locker) | $12.00 (Other Lockers & Home Pickup) | Add $2 for Express

    Delivery Fees

    • Standard Pickup & Delivery: Free

    • Uber/DoorDash Delivery: Fees may apply

    Turnaround Time

    • Standard: Less than 48 hours

    • Express (24-hour turnaround): Available for an additional fee

    • Large Orders: May require extra time, and we’ll notify you if we can’t meet the Express deadline.description
